Self Storage FAQ

Our office hours for viewing or renting new units, making payments, etc are:

Monday – Saturday:

Our gate hours for existing customers to access their units are:

* Entry to the facility must be made at least 15 minutes prior to closing so that the facility can close on time.

Some units have 24 hour access, and are not subject to these times.

We are closed on all major holidays, including New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th , Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. On Christmas Eve, we close at 3:00 PM, and on New Years Eve we close at 5:00 PM.

If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours.

All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 10-day notice before you move out.

We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.

No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours.

You can pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly.

Checks, Money Orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover and cash.

Yes. We sell various moving supplies in our office.

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in.
