1. Manager Review
   Our site manager will review your reservation details and application information.
2. Confirmation Call or Email
   Once your reservation is approved, we’ll contact you to confirm your unit, finalize any remaining details, and answer any questions you may have.
3. Move‑In Instructions
   During that call/email, we’ll walk you through access instructions, payment options, and anything you’ll need on move‑in day.
